In my work as a digital transformation consultant, I focus on the people aspect of digital transformation. The values and culture that will enable innovation, experimentation and agility; the new skills that we need to acquire, the new ways of working to be adopted, the individual and team mindset shift that is required for each person and team to be a part of the transformation.

Transformation starts with deeply understanding customers and the problems they need to solve and then organising your business around serving that need.
Through stakeholder interviews and focus groups I conduct in-depth insight generation sessions to really understand your customers so that you can know how to serve them best.
Executive coaching
“Develop the right mindsets to enable experimentation and transformation”
To enable transformation, an organisation needs to evolve its way of working and this is the sum of the individuals’ way of working within that organisation. Through one-on-one and group coaching I help people to define their personal goals within the wider context of transformation and identify barriers and opportunities in achieving them. We then build out action plans and success metrics to bring new ways of working to life.

The first step in transformation is determining your North Star and the steps required to get there.
Through custom built workshops I support clients to bring together cross functional teams to create their future vision, determine the experiments they need to run in service of that vision and build a roadmap of execution.
Skills uplift

Transformation is an adaptive process that requires new skills from both a leadership and a technical standpoint. People skills such as giving and receiving feedback, managing conflict and having effective coaching conversations need to developed or honed. In addition, new capabilities need to be developed such as data-driven decision making, data visualisation and storytelling; collaboration and cross-functional communication skills as well as agile ways of working and prototyping skills.
Through bite-size interactive training sessions I work with teams to level up their skills and capabilities.
Values and Culture consulting
“Establish a culture to enable transformation”
In order to drive transformation forward in an organization, the collective mindset, the culture of an organization is critical. I conduct detailed culture audits to assess how teams are working together today and determine the right cultural values to guide behaviours that will enable transformation. These value are then operationalised througout the organisation through deliberate practice, workshops and coaching.
