Hi! I’m Gina Wessels

Hello! I’m Gina, a strategic digital transformation consultant, facilitator and executive coach and I am passionate about helping people and teams to not only survive but FLOURISH in the face of change.

I have over two decades’ experience in global roles across a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, agriculture, insurance, media, tech, travel, beauty and telecoms, working with large established businesses where change takes time as well as fast-moving, agile scale ups.

For over 14 years I have led Google’s transformation programs for their largest clients. I hold an Honours Degree in Business, a Masters in “Leadership in Disruptive Times” from leading executive education institute INSEAD and a Masters in Executive Coaching from HULT Ashridge leading relational coaching establishment in the world.

I started Flourish to help people overcome resistance and instead flourish in the face of change.
